Your story is _________.

We are born into story and expectations. Sometimes, being ourselves is not safe. Without nurturing relationships, we work hard to survive on our own. We may avoid belonging or over-focus on fitting in. Our options feel limited. Choices are not entirely our own. You may achieve or decry the ‘right’ education, profession, presentation or partner. The question remains; what feels right for you? Deciphering our feelings can unleash many questions, and overwhelm. The good news is, you do not have to face change alone. Trust is a practice we can write together. Our stories are ours for the telling–and loving.

I ground you in your strengths, and anchor you in your present power. As shame or guilt arise, I offer compassion and accountability. Therapy is a collaborative discovery of you. We’ll pay attention to your feelings, the signals of needs and wants. Previously, feelings may have required denial. Here, they’re stars in your sky guiding you home.

Individual Therapy

I work with adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA2S+ and/or neurodivergent folks, artists, people in role, health or identity transition, people in, caregivers, service and care workers.

We bring nuanced lineages to therapy. I work from a trauma informed, anti-oppressive lens to affirm your experience. As a white, cisgender, queer, non-disabled, size and citizenship privileged woman, cultural responsivity and accountability are cornerstones of my practice.

AEDP, IFS and relational, psychodynamic approaches are creative tools for change. With a background in performance, I center your body, non-verbal expressions, rhythms and imagination.
